Payment:
You can pay with cash for amounts under Euro 3.000.-, and by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure:
Your apartments are available from 2 pm on the arrival day. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 9 am.

Booking:
Please take note: booking is confirmed upon payment of deposit of confirmation and the sending of booking confirmation. Deposits will not be returned in case of cancellation.

General:
It is explicitly referred to the norms art. 45-67 of the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005).

Cancellation conditions
If you have to cancel your reservation, please contact us immediately. The cancellation of a reservation is unpleasant for both, for you and for us. It is a pity, if the apartments remain vacant while other families wished to book it.

We recommend to stipulate a travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 ZGB In cases of early departure or withdrawal from the trip (cancellation of your stay in writing) the following cancellation fees take effect:
up to 60 days prior to arrival date: no charge
• from 59 to 28 days prior to arrival date: 50 % of the quoted rate
• fewer than 28 days prior to the arrival date or failure to arrive: 80 % of the quoted rate

Without cancellation: the guest has to pay 100 % of the quoted rate.In the case of early departure, the guest is obligated to pay the rates for the days spent and also 100 % of the quoted rate for the remainder of the stay and unused services.
